Responsibilities

- Support the 2026 new inverter capital project at RRHP. The intern will research the cabling requirements, support routing lay-out, develop CICs for the cabling and support with prepare an installation package for the installation contractor.
- Support adding cabling from a non-essential panels to the server room for a UPS. The intern will research the cabling requirements, support routing to the server room, and CICs for the cabling.
- Assist with the design, layout and installation of the aeration blower project.
- Develop a work scope for the breaker and relay testing for the RRHP.
- Review and revise if needed plant operating procedures.
- Develop lock out tag out templates for major equipment in the plant.
- Continue with the organization of the warehouse.
- General housekeeping duties as needed.
- Support RRHP operations as needed.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- High School Diploma.
- Must be enrolled in an Accredited Power or Electrical Line Worker Program Diploma.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
- Ability to follow safety procedures as well as written and verbal instructions.
- Able to interact and communicate effectively with co-workers and the public.
