Responsibilities
Processes, analyzes and submits meter data to meet MRES requirements by performing the following duties.

- Process, track and verify various data from a variety of sources while maintaining accuracy and integrity of all data and related databases.
- Follow schedule of required data retrieval and submittal.
- Process and submit all interval meter data for MISO and SPP on a routine basis; process disputes when necessary.
- Process and validate MV90 data within 48 hours of receipt.
- Coordinates meter data readings and submissions with other MRES staff and organizations to coordinate meter data readings and submissions.
- Processes and track arrangements of all behind-the-meter generation data and configuration to the load data.
- Validates billing and WAN data from meter records; assists with billing data inquiries.
- Creates and maintains related reports.
- Ensures accuracy and integrity of all meter data and related databases.

11. Develops and maintains procedures and training for backup meter data processing and submission.
12. Suggest, test and implement efficiencies to processes and procedures.
13. Creates and maintains permanent documentation of projects, data, software and training materials related to this position.
14. Represents MRES on industry, development, and project committees, task forces, and conferences as assigned.
15. Keeps abreast of relevant profession, industry, and inter‑utility developments.

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in math, finance, accounting, economics, engineering, or related field and two years relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to work with mathematical concepts. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized and non-standardized situations.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong knowledge of preadsheet software; Database software; and Word Processing software.
